Fredrick is an arrogant, vain SOB who loves his job and loves manipulating the shit out of people. After a failed attempt as a surgeon, Fredrick changed his specialty to psychiatry and became the head of the psychiatric ward at the Biodome Hospital. He was raised in the dome, like everyone who lives there, and even after reading in the paper that there are people outside he is uninterested.

His history involves a run in with one of the rare serial killers created within the walls of the biodome. He accused and psychologically transplanted the idea that one of his patient's, Dr. Abel Gideon, was a serial killer known as the Chesapeake Ripper. Gideon captured Chilton and removed a few of his organs, including one of his kidneys which they were unable to put back in. This causes Dr. Chilton to walk with a cane and be unable to consume protein rich foods. 

He suspects fellow psychiatrist, Dr. Hannibal Lector of being a murderer and cannibal as well.

Sample Post: "You're a rare specimen, you know that Will?" The arrogant doctor walked forward, dipping his head towards Will Graham. The boy's eyes narrowed. "You walk that delicate string between knowledge, insight and complete insanity. It's quite remarkable actually. Something I'm surprised that only I pointed out. How curious." He grinned. He was patting himself on the back without actually doing so. He leaned sideways on the cane as Will Graham lifted up from the chair.

"Are you done, Doctor Chilton?" Will asked sarcastically, "Can I see Gideon now?"

"Not interested in my analysis, Will? I'm hurt," he purred, nodding his head, "Fine, fine. Promise is a promise, let us go into my rogue's gallery...shall we?"
